On 12/16/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 1500 block of W. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was found that the driver, Vincent Fallon, 48 years old of Sandwich, Illinois did not possess a valid driver’s license. It was also disc0vered that the driver possessed an original warrant out of Kendall County for Retail Theft. Fallon was cited for Driving While License Suspended and given a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois. The Kendall County warrant was “no bond” which resulted in Fallon being transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
