On 10/06/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of E. College St. and S. Wells St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Brianna Hoopes, 35 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Hoopes was cited for Driving While License Revoked and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
