On 01/30/25 Officers responded to the 1200-block of E. 6th St. in reference to a domestic disturbance that had occurred in the 700-block of N. Elm St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that a battery occurred involving family members. Aiden G. Ross, 19 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was arrested on two counts of Domestic Battery (Class A Misdemeanor). Ross was processed at the Sandwich Police Department and ultimately transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore, Illinois to await a hearing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
