On 01/06/25 Officers investigated an alleged Battery that occurred in the 100-block of N. Washington St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was found that two batteries had actually occurred to two different victims. The suspect, Christopher Nash, 49 years old of Montgomery, Illinois, was identified. Nash later met with Officers at which time he was placed under arrest and charged with 2 counts of Battery (Class A Misdemeanor). Nash was process and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
