On 07/02/24 Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 2100 block of Griswold Springs Rd, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Debra L. Kincannon, 68 years old of Leland, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Kincannon was issued a citation for No Valid Driver’s License with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
