On 10/11/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of W. 3rd St. and N. Joles St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined the driver, Darren P. Waite, 38 years old of Newark, Illinois, possessed a valid failure to appear warrant for Speeding 35+ Over the Speed Limit. Waite was placed under arrest and transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville, Illinois, for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
