On 06/15/26 Officers responded to the 400-block of N. Eddy St. in reference to a domestic disturbance. Prior to Officer’s arrival the suspect left the residence. On 06/17/26 Officers made contact with the suspect, Anton Council 46 years old of Sandwich, Illinois. Council was placed under arrest, processed, and transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore, Illinois for housing. Council was charged with two (2) counts of Domestic Battery.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
