On 05/20/26 Officers reponded to a traffic crash in area of E. Church St. and Colfax St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that one the drivers, Mykle M. McBeth, 30 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was under the influence. McBeth was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. McBeth was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and was released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
