On 02/18/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of N. Latham St. and E. 3rd St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Eleazar Camacho-Aguilar Jr, 24 years old of Aurora, Illinois, was under the influence. Eleazar was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Eleazar was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
