On 02/09/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 0-99 block of W. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was found that the driver, Delilah Kubisak, 32 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was found in possession of a controlled substance. Kubisak was charged with felony Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
