On 01/20/26 Officers made contact with Jacob Roop, 27 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, in the area of the 500 block of E. 6th St, Sandwich. It was known to Officers that Roop possessed a valid Failure to Appear warrant out of DeKalb County for Driving Under the Influence. Roop was placed under arrest and transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
