On 12/10/25 Officers investigated a traffic crash which involved a vehicle that left the scene. The vehicle was located by the Plano Police Department in the area of Chilton Way and Burroughs Ave, Plano. The driver, Gary Martin, 63 years old of Plano, Illinois, was cited for Leaving the Scene of an Accident and released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
