On 10/07/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 900-block of E. Market St, Somonauk. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Jonathan Ullrich, 33 years old of Somonauk, Illinois, was under the influence. Ullrich was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Ullrich was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
