On 08/05/25 Officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 100-block of W. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation Officers discovered a domestic battery had taken place. The suspect, Marcus A. Bee, 21 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was located in the 300-block of W. First St. Sandwich, where he was taken into custody. Ultimately, Bee was transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore, Illinois for housing. Bee was charged with 2 counts of Domestic Battery (Class A Misdemeanor) and Unlawful Interference with the Reporting of Domestic Violence (Class A Misdemeanor).
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
