On 08/04/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 0-99 block of E Railroad St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Bradley York, 28 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was under the influence. York was placed under arrest and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
