On 03/24/25 Officers responded to the 3300-block of Drew Ave, Sandwich, in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon further investigation it was determined that a battery occurred involving family members. Malik Palton, 27-year-old of Chicago, Illinois, was arrested on two counts of Domestic Battery (Class A Misdemeanor). Palton was processed at the Sandwich Police Department and was ultimately transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville, Illinois to await a hearing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
