On 02/23/25 Officers responded to the 1100-blk of E. Arnold St, Sandwich in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon further investigation, Jose R. Mancilla, 37-year-old of Aurora, Illinois, was cited for Driving While License Suspended and Disorderly Conduct (City Ordinance). Mancilla was released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois on the traffic offense and a future court date at the Sandwich Courthouse in Sandwich, Illinois for the City Ordinance.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
