On 01/15/24 Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 300-blk of Wilshire Dr, Sandwich. Upon further investigation Dalvin D. Merrick, 32 year old of Lisle, Illinois, was placed under arrest for Battery. Merrick was released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
