On 11/05/24 Officers responded to the 800-block of N. Lafayette St, Sandwich, in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon further investigation it was determined that a domestic battery took place. Emmanuel Ramirez-Urbana, 32 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was placed under arrest and charged with two (2) counts of Domestic Battery. Ramirez-Urbana was transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore, Illinois to await a hearing.
