On 09/24/24 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 1000-block of E. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the driver, Fernando M. Rios, 24 years old of Aurora, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Rios was cited for Driving While License Suspended and released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
