On 09/12/24 Officers conducted a traffic stop on Lions Rd at Millington Rd, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the driver, Samuel Katz, 36 years old of Plano, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Samuel was cited for Driving While License Suspended and given a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
