On 07/18/24 Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Lions Rd at Sandy Bluff Rd, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Carol Ann Mares, 84 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Mares was issued a citation for No Valid Driver’s License with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
