On 04/05/24 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Fairwinds Blvd. and W. Center St, Sandwich. After further investigation it was determined that the driver, Vonshaye M. Young, 32 years old of Plano, Illinois, had a valid warrant out of Lee County for Failing to Appear on Possession of Cannabis and Obstructing Identification charges. Young was released after posting bond and issued a future Lee County court date in Dixon, Illinois.
