On 11/01/23 Sandwich Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Griswold Springs Rd. and Kees Ln, Sandwich for a moving violation. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Joseph A. Crouse, 43 of Burbank, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Crouse was charged with Driving While License Suspended and issued a Notice to Appear with a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
