On 01/16/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of S. Latham St. and E. Railroad St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Michael S. Borskie, 39 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was under the influence. Borskie was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Borskie was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC > .08 and released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
