On 01/15/25 Officers made contact with Jerry L. Ping, 62 years old of Sandwich, in the 1200 block of E 6th St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was found that Ping possessed two original warrants out of DeKalb County. One warrant for Sexual Exploitation of a Child and one for Battery. Ping taken into custody and processed. Both warrants had “no bond” which resulted in Ping being transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
